Heavenly Pets Crematory provides compassionate pet cremation and memorial services, including:

• Private Cremation: Your pet is cremated individually, and their ashes are returned to you.

• Partitioned Cremation: Your pet is cremated with other pets but separated by dividers, and you receive primarily your pet’s ashes.

• Communal Cremation: Multiple pets are cremated together, and ashes are not returned but may be scattered in a designated area.

• Memorial Products: Urns, jewelry, keepsakes, or other items to honor your pet.

• Additional Services: Pet pickup, delivery of ashes, or grief support resources (as available).

a. Ordering Services

• To use our Services, you must provide accurate information, including your contact details, pet information (e.g., name, species, weight), and service preferences.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Heavenly Pets Crematory. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including incomplete information or inability to fulfill the request.

b. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of service booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept Venmo, PayPal, and Company Check. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (e.g., for pickup/delivery or custom products) will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• No refunds are provided for completed cremation services, except as required by law or at our discretion. 

a. Authorization: 

• By requesting cremation services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the pet or have the authority to make decisions regarding its remains.

• You authorize Heavenly Pets Crematory to handle, cremate, and dispose of your pet’s remains in accordance with the selected service type (private, partitioned, or communal).

b. Cremation Details

• Private Cremation: We take reasonable care to ensure only your pet’s ashes are returned. You may request to witness the process, subject to availability and our policies.

• Partitioned Cremation: While we use dividers to separate pets, minor commingling of ashes may occur.

• Communal Cremation: Ashes are not returned and may be scattered at a designated location chosen by Heavenly Pets Crematory.

• We reserve the right to remove non-combustible items (e.g., metal implants, collars) before or after cremation. You may request that certain items (e.g., a blanket or toy) be cremated with your pet, subject to approval.

c. Ashes Handling

• For private or partitioned cremations, ashes are returned in a standard container unless a custom urn is purchased. Delivery or pickup options will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• If ashes are not claimed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 90 days] of notification, we may dispose of them respectfully, such as by scattering at a designated location.

• If we provide pickup or delivery services, you must provide accurate location details and ensure access to the premises.

• Pickup/delivery times are estimates and subject to change due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints.

• Additional fees may apply for pickup/delivery outside our standard service area.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Mississippi or courts located in Madison County, Mississippi.

• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Heavenly Pets Crematory.
